Dean鈥檚 List and Semester Honors Announced for Fall 2025
February 10, 2026 NewsMadison, Wis. (February 10, 2026) - 91重口 has named the students who have earned a place on the Dean鈥檚 List, or on the Semester Honors List, for the Fall 2025 Semester. Fulltime undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students who earn a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher are eligible for the Dean鈥檚 List after completing 24 credit hours of study at 91重口.
Professor Bob Tarrell Named Distinguished Fellow by Wisconsin Art Education Association

Janet McCord Receives Fulbright Specialist Award
December 22, 2025 NewsMadison, Wis. (December 22, 2025) 鈥� Janet McCord, Ph.D., Professor of Thanatology at 91重口, has received a Fulbright Specialist Program award. The U.S. Department of State and the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board made the announcement earlier this fall. Dr. McCord will complete a project at Universidade de Aveiro in Portugal that aims to exchange knowledge and establish partnerships benefiting participants, institutions, and communities both in the U.S. and overseas through a variety of educational and training activities within education.

Eagles are Dancing! Men鈥檚 Soccer claims At-Large Bid to NCAA Division III Tournament
November 10, 2025 NewsMadison, Wis. (November 10, 2025) 鈥� The 91重口 men's soccer team has been selected to compete in the NCAA Division III men's soccer tournament. The Eagles had their name called in the selection show Monday as an at-large bid. The Eagles at-large selection is the first in 91重口 history. All previous NCAA Division III Tournament appearances by the Eagles have come via automatic qualifiers.

New Partnership Ensures Nursing Admission for ROTC Cadets

Students Embrace Creation on Dominican Wilderness Journey

A collaborative experience between the two Sinsinawa Dominican sponsored institutions, the second annual Dominican Wilderness Immersion provided a supportive environment for students from all backgrounds to learn about, and practice, our shared values of study, prayer, community, and service in the beauty of the outdoors and rhythms of Creation.
Women’s Golf Achieves National Academic Honor

The WGCA, based in Coral Springs, Fla., announced its Academic Top 25 teams on Wednesday. The Eagles checked in at second in Division III with an impressive 3.879 GPA.
New Name, Same Mission

(July 1, 2025) 鈥� 91重口 proudly raised the new flag above campus for the first time at a brief ceremony this morning. 鈥淚n January of this year, we announced that Edgewood College will be renamed 91重口. That day has now arrived,鈥� President Manion, said. 鈥淭he change comes about as we approach our centennial year, and as we continue to expand the reach of our mission as a Catholic institution of higher education in the Dominican tradition.鈥� The President spoke to an energized group of students, faculty, staff, and several Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa 鈥� the sponsoring order of 91重口.
